Imagee is an AI-powered image generation application that allows users to create images using artificial intelligence technology. The service operates on a credit-based system where users can earn credits through watching advertisements or purchase credits directly.

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Credit System

Users can obtain credits through the following methods:

  • Watching sponsored advertisements within the App
  • Purchasing credit packages through in-app purchases

3.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Create content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Generate images depicting violence, adult content, or hate speech
  • Attempt to circumvent the credit system or exploit the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Generated Images

You retain ownership of images you generate through the App. However, by using the service, you grant Imagee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated images for service improvement and quality assurance purposes.

5.2 App Ownership

The App, including its code, design, and AI models, is owned by Imagee and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. You may request account deletion at any time through our account deletion page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
